TRIAGE - day two

The 15-Minute Miracle

Day-2 takes the advanced logic we have used to classify most issues and conditions that humans have which hold them back; that keeps them from seeing their own problems; or that success that always eludes them.

In Triage we super-charge our abilities with a breakthrough 15-minute triage technique.  Because we now actually KNOW  in day-2 what is behind most human conditions, we can fast track the human interaction with the client to ascertain the problem, show the client how they keep missing the clues right in front of them and the solution, and to convince them to take responsibility for fixing the situation in a prescribed method, RIGHT NOW!

We have had some of the brightest persons out there take this class and proclaim, "I am dropping everything to do JUST THIS.  This is brilliant.  How could this have never been discovered before?"

Samplings of REAL ISSUES We Deal With

Abandonment

image5

Abandonment fear often stems from childhood loss. This loss could be related to a traumatic event, such as the loss of a parent through death or divorce. It can also come from not getting enough physical or emotional care.

Abuse

image6

Before they turn 18, one in four girls and one in six boys will be sexually abused, and one in three boys and one in four girls will be physically abused. Any child can become a victim of abuse. No race, ethnicity or socioeconomic demographic is immune.

Child Grief

image7

Adding to a child's shock and confusion at

the death of a brother, sister, or parent is the

unavailability of other family members, who may be so shaken by grief that they are not able to cope with the normal responsibility of childcare.

Male Crisis

image8

Many men go through a phase when they take a hard look at the life they're living. They think they could be happier, and if they need to make a big change, they feel the urge to do it soon.

Lost Youth

image9

This is a male mid-life crises example, that seems to be an issue in itself. It is a combination of two elements; one, is making impetuous decisions about what they now want to do in life, and two, becoming nostalgic about one’s youth.

Fear of Success

image10

Success is more complex than failure. On

some level, it's more comfortable to stay in a familiar situation, even if it doesn't feel great on the surface. But achieving success (however you define it) means you are entering uncharted territory. –

No Father

image11

A preponderance of studies identify at least nine factors influencing a child’s well-being when they do not live with their father.

Escapism

image12

One doesn't have to live very long to figure out that life can be incredibly painful at times. Deep and overwhelming pain can come from the loss of a loved one, or childhood abuse of one kind or another, or a broken marriage / family, or a traumatically negative emotional event, or a long string of hardships/failures, or rejection from family or friends,

Daddy Issues

image13

How their father treats their mother is one of

the most important things that ever goes on in a kid's life. If a father treats the mother poorly, not only will it influence the [daughter]'s choice of partners later in life and what she'll tolerate in terms of abusive or unkind behavior, but it will also influence the girl's self-esteem.

Shyness

image14

Shyness and social phobia are in fact two separate problems. Shy people usually have no problem attending social events, but find it hard to engage with people one-on-one.

Feminism

image15

Have you opened a new location, redesigned your shop, or added a new product or service? Don't keep it to yourself, let folks know.  the advocacy of women's rights on the basis of the equality of the sexes. Feminist therapy is not only personal but, like feminism, political in nature.

Fertility

image16

Counselors and therapists, especially marriage and family therapists, should be aware of the challenges that accompany fertility issues and the common treatments for infertility. ... Those affected by infertility may experience depression, feel hopeless or defeated, and experience low self-esteem or self-loathing.

Sibling Relationships

image17

One minute they are fighting like cats and dogs, the next they are the best of friends- squabbling siblings can put a crack in the happy family picture, turning parents into referees and family time into competitive chaos and causing divisive disputes. So, what to do? While sibling rivalry is all part of the natural process of growing up, adults can help smooth the way for their kids and create a harmonious environment in which each child can develop.

Security

image18

In order to avoid her fears of being alone the woman may make efforts to keep her man close.

• It might be a criticism for going out with the boys for an evening. By discouraging him to do other things she is increasing their time together.

• A critical comment is a means to reject his behavior, so he would avoid criticism in the future.

• Becoming sad is a way for the man to notice her and get what she wants. If there is a lot of emotional  charge the dynamic might include anger or jealousy.

• It is possible the man ends up feeling guilty for having done the “wrong” thing that caused her to be upset. The man may want to avoid the night out with the boys just, so he doesn’t have to deal with her emotional reaction.

Enlightenment

image19

Find God Through the Path of Enlightenment

God is a mystery that can be seen and understood only by enlightenment. "Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God." Who cleans his heart with spiritual exercises, enters the dimension of God and sees God. If one really want to know whether God exists, one must realize enlightenment.

Spirituality

image20

Effective counseling addresses the body, mind, and spirit. The field of counseling has been slow in recognizing the need to address spiritual and religious concerns. There is now widespread interest in the role of spirituality in both assessment and treatment.

Being a Guide

image21

How we perceive the spiritual teacher is related to how we see the nature of our spiritual path as a whole. For instance, it is directly connected to how we perceive the balance between the need for help on the path and our ability to reach various goals through our own effort. Is it that a spiritual teacher is just pointing us in the right direction while we do all the work? Or is he supporting us in each and every step of the journey?

Wellness

image22

Wellness helps you reach your full potential by becoming aware of the inter connectedness of all aspects of your life through a positive and proactive process of self-exploration.

Depression

image23

If you live with depression, you will already

know how debilitating the symptoms can be. Left untreated, it can become very serious. It is important to seek help from a medical professional if you think you are suffering from depression.

Phobias

image24

A phobia is an excessive or unreasonable fear of an object or situation that poses no real or significant threat. Although there is no real threat, the phobic response produces exactly the same physiological changes as a healthy fear reaction does to a real threat

Suicide

image25

Suicide is a very serious situation to be handled delicately. If you have contact with someone who claims to be suicidal, I would suggest you refer them to professional services unless you are 100% confident and equipped to continue with the coaching.

Who Am I

image26

(Masculinity) No one is born knowing how to be a man. We learn the right ways from good men around us. The crisis of masculinity is the crisis of fatherhood. Absentee fathers is the main driver behind the biggest social issues of our time. ‘Fatherless’ doesn’t just mean a father who isn’t there, it’s a father who’s not engaged.”

There's Something Inside of Me

image27

Believe in yourself and all that you are. Know that there is something inside you that is greater than any obstacle.

Self-Image

image28

Self-esteem – sometimes called self-worth – is the degree to which we feel confident about our outward appearance, our intelligence, personality or the ability to introspectively respect oneself. There are many causes for low self-esteem, from abuse, to bullying or even mental health conditions such as anxiety or depression. There isn’t one cause for low self-esteem, so there isn’t one solution to the problem that is right for everyone.

Fitness

image29

Counselors can help with a health and fitness program by helping one to deal with their emotional health. The emotional health is just as important as the physical health, because the emotions have to be well managed to have the mental toughness to endure, and achieve ones fitness goals.  Counselors are great resources for this aspect of fitness.

Love

image30

There are three sides to every relationship story – yours, theirs and the truth. If you live by the theory, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it", it sounds like you're not really working at the relationship. Therefore, your partner's truth becomes more apparent in their mind, you wallow in your own negative thoughts and the truth stays hidden.

Young Love

image31

Tolerating red flags pile up and then start to break down. As a first step after a breakup, think along the lines of, “I have a lot more say in my relationships than I think I do. I have my choice.”
