DREAM CLASS - day three

What is Lucid Dreaming

Have you ever had a dream so real, you mistook it for reality? This is a state called lucid dreaming. Truth be told, little is known about sleep, a condition we’re in for about a third of our lifetime.

A study found that those who are naturally prone to lucid dreams have a larger pre-frontal cortex, and may outpace others in certain cognitive abilities, such as self-reflection and meta-cognition or pondering one’s own thinking processes. A few studies have found that focusing on problems within a lucid dream can offer results in the real world. Creative types may also be more prone to lucid dreams.

Lucid dreams are the dreams in which you are conscious that you are dreaming. Such dreams are usually very clear and give a great sense of freedom.

Although we all get a few lucid dreams in a life time, one can cultivate the ability to lucid dream and become a lucid dreamer on a regular basis.

...

In christian|TOREN's class we walk you through the steps right there in class.  We work with yours, and many others' real-life situations.  We also bring in outside real-life potential clients and the entire class works out the correct programming to revitalize the client and bring their latent potential to the forefront while virtually eliminating the childhood programming that had previously gotten in the way.  Modern therapies try to [change the pathways of your thinking].  In this class we eliminate the problem programming all together.

MAGICAL THINKING

The Subconscious Mind is your genie. It answers all of your wishes-the ones you want and the ones you don’t want as even when you don’t want something, you’re still wishing (and desiring).

The Subconscious Mind cannot determine or differentiate a real thing from an imagined thing. This is why imagining, and visualization are so important. Your body responds to things real or imagined.

If you think about sex, your body is going to respond to this thought. Your heart will start beating faster. You may get chills all over your body. And all from something imagined in your head (mind).

Magical thinking means you can literally change your life by changing your mind – ABOUT ANYTHING.

We can indeed fix your childhood issues. We can make you a success. We can make life work for you.

Special Things You Can Do

Benefits of Lucid Dreaming Include...

1. Helps Improve Memory:  Regular sleeping, or ‘light’ sleeping, improves upon episodic memory, which is more or less muscle memory of the physical body. Whereas deep sleep, or ‘slow-wave’ REM sleep, the type of sleep whence most dreams occur, improves upon the semantic memory – the ability to remember facts.

2. Freedom to Do and Be Anything:  During our dream sessions, we have the ability to live out fantasies, whether naughty or nice. Discover personal meaning to our lives, or fulfill desires we otherwise wouldn’t have in waking life

3. Better Understand Ourselves:  Dreams can help us better understand our subconscious mind. Certain people, places, or things we witness in the dream realm may have significance as a symbol for our waking life. Consulting a dream dictionary or dream consultant may help clarify these and/or make connections.

4. Inspire Stellar Creativity:  New ideas and potential opportunities may present themselves to us through our dreams.  Beings as it’s a judgement-free zone where anything can happen, creativity is uninhibited and unshackled, flowing freely.

5. Helps Alleviate Blockages:  Things such as fear, doubt, anxiety, and others can all be put to rest with dreaming. Dreams give us the opportunity to predict or even practice a current or future scenario, and how to best overcome them, before they happen in waking life.

6. Learn New Skills:  In accordance with easing negativity, dreams can also help us improve upon or learn new skills via visualization. When envisioning ourselves overcoming an obstacle or acquiring an achievement, the neuronal activation in the brain is almost identical as if doing the same in waking life.

7. Astral Travel:  Once you lucid dream and realize this without waking, you can essentially do anything or go anywhere you wish too.  Fly over mountains to a beautiful destination, or venture into other dimensions of the dream realm.

8. Communicating with Others:  It is possible for two individuals to astral travel and ‘meet up’ during their lucid dream. Also, a suggested gateway for communicating with your higher Self, spirit guides, angels, and loved ones who have passed away, or idols and heroes of society no longer with us – for guidance or support.

9. Transformation: The benefits are truly endless and have the potential to completely transform the way we experience both our waking life and dream life realities.  Staying committed to the practice of lucid dreaming can open up new avenues of thought and inspiration never before deemed possible.

TECHNIQUE OF THE PROPHETS

Dreams, and the ancient Art of Dreaming is a Royal road to self-knowledge. The art and science of lucid dreaming was an important part of the culture of old civilizations and is still practiced in many tribal societies. All the prophets were lucid dreamers, and you too can become lucid in your dreams. It is a skill that can be learned and developed, just like any skill.

A NEW CONSCIOUSNESS LEVEL

Lucid dreams are the dreams in which you are conscious that you are dreaming. Such dreams are usually very clear and give a great sense of freedom.

Although we all get a few lucid dreams in a life time, one can cultivate the ability to lucid dream and become a lucid dreamer on a regular basis.

One never fully controls one’s dreams, but you can choose before you fall asleep to accomplish certain tasks in your dreams; you can decide to go to certain destinations, meet with certain individuals or spirits and gather information. You begin with dream recollection and proceed to lucidity.

Your Wish Is My Command

...your Sub-Conscious actually does listen.  But it takes the christian|TOREN technique to get the genie out of the bottle.

FREEDOM TO DO AND BE ANYTHING:  Freedom to Do and Be Anything:  During our dream sessions, we have the ability to live out fantasies, whether naughty or nice. Discover personal meaning to our lives, or fulfill desires we otherwise wouldn’t have in waking life

REWRITE YOUR PAST:  Previously, the unworkability with conscious and positive thinking techniques is that the underlying issues usually go on to control us regardless of how much conscious effort we put into overcoming the pattern.  The christian|TOREN method literally writes on top of your old programming.  This is quite literally the only way to truly correct counter-productive childhood programming of the sub-conscious.

TRANSFORMATION  The benefits are truly endless and have the potential to completely transform the way we experience both our waking life and dream life realities.  Staying committed to the practice of lucid dreaming can open up new avenues of thought and inspiration never before deemed possible.

EVERYONE CAN BE TRANSFORMED:  Christian Toren’s sustained study has now produced a deliverable method of coaching to transform anyone.  Everyone (within reason) can now be the person they always imagined themselves as.  Where others have failed, Christian Toren has succeed at because of his extensive knowledge of how the consciousness of man works, when it works, and why it works. This is a spiritual premise, not a human-created psychological one.  The means of the spiritual world are required.

BETTER UNDERSTAND YOURSELF:  Better Understand Ourselves: Dreams can help us better understand our subconscious mind. Certain people, places, or things we witness in the dream realm may have significance as a symbol for our waking life. Consulting a dream dictionary or dream consultant may help clarify these and/or make connections.

DESIGN YOUR OWN RECONDITIONING:  It is known that one never fully controls one’s dreams.  Nonetheless, you can choose before you fall asleep to accomplish certain tasks in your dreams; you can decide to go to certain destinations, meet with certain individuals or spirits and gather information. The christian|TOREN method will take this premise to extreme lengths to accomplish what you heretofore thought was impossible. You will begin with dream recollection and proceed to lucidity.

CONNECT WITH OTHERS:  Communicating with Others: It is possible for two individuals to astral travel and ‘meet up’ during their lucid dream. Also, a suggested gateway for communicating with your higher Self, spirit guides, angels, and loved ones who have passed away, or idols and heroes of society no longer with us – for guidance or support.

You Just Need to Learn a New Technique

The Magic Is In The Dream

image11

The only thing that has prevented you from being the person you always imagined you could be is your BRAIN.  It contains two "minds" and one of them you have never exercised control over.  Turns out THIS IS THE ONE we want in charge of us.  The OTHER ONE is a product of our upbringing and influences.  This is scientific fact, ...the utilization of the technique to release the new you is in the Lucid Dreaming Class.

THE MOST ENJOYABLE THERAPY ON EARTH

YOUR MIND IS ALWAYS PASSING ON BITS AND PIECES OF INFORMATION TO YOUR SUB-CONSCIOUS

IT IS ALSO INTERPRETING THE THINGS IT PASSES ON

So, you don’t just see the new car you would love to have, you see a person driving one and you think: “There’s my future car, why can’t I have one, but he / she can? They probably earn a lot more money than I do, I wonder what they do, they probably love their job, man my job sucks, I really need to get a new one, but jobs are scarce right now, maybe I should just stay where I am, I can’t talk to my boss – he’ll never listen, I’ll probably be there for a lot longer… I don’t think I will own that car anytime soon, I better just forget about it.”

Scientifically Sound

Right behind your forehead is the pre-frontal cortex – the center of consciousness. Your identity versus anyone else’s identity. This is your conscious mind. The other 90% of the brain was there before the conscious part evolved, that’s the subconscious.

In the subconscious, things happen below your awareness, below (or “sub”) consciousness.”
